Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in Pakistan only. For rest of the world we offer free shipping on orders above 300 US$ or equivalent.

Which courier you use for delivery of Parcels?

We are using DHL Couriers for delivery of our parcels worldwide.

Do you offer Standard shipment only or also have expedited shipping services?

At this moment we offer Standard shipping services.

How much shipping time is needed to deliver the goods in Pakistan?

Normally it takes 24 hours to 48 hours to deliver goods in Pakistan. For rest of the world like USA, Canada, European Countries, Australia, Japan, Middle East etc, it takes 5-7 working days.

When I will get the tracking number of the shipment?

Once the customer place the order for certain item/items; our company will send a tracking number after handing over the packet to DHL courier; so that customer can also track the movement of his/her shipment. Note: There are chances that the tracking number will be provided to you with the delay of 12 - 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify the billing and/or shipping informations.

Does the prices of products on the webstore includes duties and taxes?

All products displayed include local tax. Leather Expressions will not responsible for any taxes or duties which customer will have to pay upon receiving the shipment as duties and taxes are subject to country customs. Therefore payment for such purpose is obligatory to release the shipment from the custom. Since we do not have control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you about these charges. It is your responsibility to check with your local custom’s agents for any charges they might impose on the products you order from us. In case of money back refund, taxes and duties charges are not refundable by us.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses since we always use registered packages which do not support P.O. Boxes or Military addresses.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes we are providing International Shipping to nearly all the countries. The list of countries where are providing shipping services can be found here.

Privacy & Security

Do you share personal information of customers with other companies?

We do not use any of the information of the customers with any third party for marketing or survery or any other purpose in any circumstances.

Is the information which I gave you about my financial information is secure or not?

We are using worlds best renowned thrid party payment solution providers such as Pay pal and 2CO and all of your financial informations saved on their secure servers. Therefore it is absolutely secure and save.

Returns & Replacements

Do you have refund policy?

The Refund Policy is based on following criteria; Damage goods Faulty goods Incorrect goods In all the above cases the company will provide our customer either new products or refund the payment.

What is the refund claim time?
