Shipping Policy

Carrier company


Leather Expressions are using the Worlds top courier company DHL as our official shipping company. DHL is the global market leader in international express, overland transport and air freight.

Leather Expressions is able to dispatch the ordered goods from its factory within 15 working days after receiving the payment. The final destination time depends on the type of service required and the location of the recipient. The product will be delivered at the costs indicated on the order form, unless an alternative delivery method is specifically requested by the customer. If the cost should be higher than what was indicated on the order form, Leather Expressions will duly notify the customer before shipping the order, which will be held on standby until the customer accepts increase in question.Unless otherwise agreed between the parties the delivery will be made to the address entered by the customer on the order form.
Although the ordered items are dispatched and delivered in the prescribed time but sometimes delays occur due to other factors like weather conditions, local holidays or custom rules and delivery time frames of the destination countries.
Please note that the customer is required to reject any damage packages that are delivered by the carrier and immediately notify Leather Expressions of this incident.

Tracking Number


Once the customer ordered item/items gets ready, these will be handed over to the courier company for delivery ; the company will send the tracking number of the parcel to the customer; so that he/she may able to track the movement of his/her shipment.

Taxes and Duties


All products displayed exclude local taxes. Leather Expressions will not responsible for any taxes or duties which customer will have to pay upon receiving the shipment as duties and taxes are subject to country customs. Therefore payment for such purpose is obligatory to release the shipment from the custom. Since we do not have control on over these charges therefore we cannot advise the customer about these charges. It is the customers responsibility to check with his/her local custom agent for any charges they might impose on the product before it has been ordered to our company. In case of return, taxes and duties charges are not refundable by our company.

Return Policy

The Return Policy is based on following criteria;

Damage goods

Faulty goods

Incorrect goods


In all the above cases the company will provide our customer with new same product or refund the payment in case there will be no availability of the same or ordered products.

The refund of payment will not include the shipping cost; no matter the product offers with free shipping or paid shipping option.

All refund claims must be claimed within 3 days from the day you received the products for replacement or refund. Return items must be received back to Leather Expressions within 14 days from the date you requested in the following condition as these will be inspected on return.:

Returns Must:


* Be returned in their original packaging.

* Not appear to have been worn, washed or used.

* Be received by our customer care department within fourteen days from their delivery date.

Returns Must Not:


* Be altered or damaged due to customer misuse or abuse.

* Have self-generated rips, tears, snags, stains, etc, due to customer misuse or abuse.

* Smell of smoke, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, or any other fragrances or odors

The shipping charges to send back the product to our company will have to bear by the customer.

Items on sale, discounted items or items purchased using a promotional code are not entitled for refund.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure that there is no damage to the items or boxes when you return the products. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error..
